What types of Pokémon bags do you offer?

This section covers backpacks and school bags, insulated lunch bags, sports bags and drawstring bags, pencil cases and coin purses. It is the parent collection: the dedicated sections take you straight to the format you are looking for.

Are your bags suitable for elementary school?

The school bags in this section are sized to fit an A4 binder and weigh less than a kilo when empty, which is the right benchmark at elementary level. Models with padded straps and a padded back panel are the ones to favor as soon as a child is carrying textbooks.

Are the bags waterproof?

They are made of coated polyester, which shrugs off a shower for the length of a trip but is not fully waterproof. The bottom and the seams are the weak points: in steady rain, it is better to slip a notebook into a plastic sleeve.

How do I clean a printed bag?

With a damp sponge and a little soap, without submerging the bag: a washing machine loosens the reinforcements and warps the foam in the back panel. Let it dry open, in the open air, never on a radiator.

Do the zippers hold up?

These are plastic-tooth zippers backed with a reinforced tape. What wears them out fastest is forcing them on an overstuffed bag: better to go one size up than to strain a zipper every time you open it.

The insulated lunch bags are all priced at 29,90 €, the backpacks go up to 89,90 € depending on the size, the drawstring models and the sports duffel start at 24,90 €, the plush shoulder bags stay at 29,90 €. So a spec you read on one product page never holds true for the whole section.

THE POKÉMON LUNCH BAG KEEPS LUNCH COOL 🍱

Twenty-four models built on the same blueprint: aluminum-lined insulated fabric, a reinforced zipper, a handle and a side mesh pocket. The meal stays cool for several hours, which is plenty for the school cafeteria, the office or a picnic. On the artwork side, Bulbasaur across four panels, the Charmander-Charmeleon-Charizard line on an orange background, the Kanto starters stacked up with Pikachu, or Pikachu in silhouette with his name in katakana.

POKÉMON BAG MATERIALS, FROM PLUSH TO TERYLENE 🧵

Each family has its own. The plush models are made of padded short-pile plush, with adjustable quilted straps and a zipper at the back; the school bags in water-repellent polyester fabric add a padded back panel and two side pockets. The Team Rocket duffel is cut from Terylene that resists snags and bad weather, with a shoulder strap adjustable from 66 to 124 cm. The drawstring versions play the lightweight card: water-resistant coated polyester, reinforced eyelets at the corners and flat cords that don't dig into your shoulder.

THE CHILD'S AGE DECIDES THE SIZE 📏

In fabric, two sizes live side by side: the small one for preschool, the large one for elementary and middle school. A 33 x 22 x 6 cm bag at 600 g handles the daily commute and short trips, not a full day's worth of textbooks. The plush versions are measured differently, Charmander 35 cm, Mimikyu 50 cm, Eevee 34 x 30 x 46 cm, and serve as a school bag, a day-out bag or a decorative plush depending on the mood.

A 20 CM POKÉMON SHOULDER BAG IS ENOUGH FOR A NIGHT OUT 👜

Very soft short-pile plush, a smooth inner lining, a zipper and an adjustable strap: the 20 cm size takes a phone, keys and cards, nothing more. Piplup, Charizard, Gengar, Mew, Eevee, Mimikyu and Charmander all get a molded version, all at 36,90 €. This is the one you take to a convention when you refuse to carry anything on your back.
