Terms and conditions of sale:
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
The terms and conditions of sale on this page apply to all sales concluded on Pokémon Shop through the website https://pokemon-shop.fr.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Shopify's automatic recording systems will be deemed to constitute proof of the nature and content of the order. Pokémon Shop confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address the customer has provided.
The sale will be deemed concluded as of the validation by Pokémon Shop of the payment for the order. That means as of the date the payment is validated for orders paid online by bank card. In any event, Pokémon Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer where fraud is suspected or with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers and their prices are valid for as long as they are visible on the site. The availability shown when the customer browses the site depends on the stock held by Pokémon Shop and, above all, by our suppliers.
To build the sales catalog of Pokémon Shop, we work with databases. These are enriched with the information supplied by our suppliers. This database contains more than a hundred items, and not all of them are held in our warehouses. As a result, the offering of Pokémon Shop is subject to the availability of the items at our suppliers.
If an item is permanently out of stock at our suppliers, that item is set to be removed from our sales offering. In all other cases, a new order remains possible within a certain time.
If an item that has been ordered is unavailable, an email is sent to inform the customer about the item or items concerned.
When the order is placed, a link to the delivery times will be displayed. An order acknowledgment will also be sent by email to give customers an estimated delivery time.
This time is calculated based on the availability of the item, the shipping time and the delivery method selected by the customer.
The customer can cancel their order either when placing it or within 12 hours afterwards, that is, before the order is shipped.
Special cases:
Pre-order items
Out of Pokémon Shop, upcoming items are offered on https://pokemon-shop.fr as pre-orders. This means you can reserve one or more items. This reservation must be tied to a date. That release date will be announced by Pokémon Shop when the reservation period opens. The date on which reservations open may be changed at any time by Pokémon Shop. Because Pokémon Shop is solely responsible for selling these pre-order items.
Pokémon Shop will endeavor to ship the items to customers who placed a reservation, up to the stock supplied by the supplier for release day, as of the final on-sale date.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
The prices shown on Pokémon Shop are in euros (€) and are deemed net, excluding shipping costs. These prices include the price of the products, the processing cost, the handling cost and the packaging costs. These prices may be changed at any time without notice.
Bear in mind that items will be invoiced at the price in force when the order was recorded. All orders will therefore be invoiced in euros (€) and payable in euros (€). Any customs duties or local taxes remain payable by the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs correspond to the cost of delivery. These costs also include a contribution to preparation and postage fees. Grouping all your items into a single order therefore means you pay the delivery costs only once. However, customs duties or local taxes may apply to several different items within the same order. This is partly because, even though the delivery costs are paid in one go, delivery may be made in several parts for different items in the same order. This is due to the fact that some items ship from different warehouses.
Note also that it is not possible to merge two or more separate orders into a single order. Shipping costs will therefore be charged for each order, even if those orders were placed by the same person on the same date with the same delivery address.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
The payment method offers maximum security guarantees. To pay, you must use a bank card or store card, whether a Visa card, a Eurocard or a Mastercard, directly on the site in the payment form provided during the order process (secure entry with SSL encryption).
In this form, you will be asked to enter the type of bank card, the card number, with no spaces between the digits, the expiration date and finally the security code on the back of your card. No banking information passes through Pokémon Shop as explained here in the privacy policy https://pokemon-shop.fr/pages/policies/privacy-policy
Payment by bank card is therefore perfectly secure, and your order is recorded and validated as soon as the payment is electronically accepted by your bank.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
Delivery is available to your home or to a pickup point. The delivery time includes the time needed to prepare the package plus the time in transit. Pokémon Shop ships worldwide. Some items, however, may not be shippable everywhere. Contacting Pokémon Shop by email at contact@pokemon-shop.fr is best if you have any doubt. An email explaining the different stages of order tracking will be sent to you.
Delivery can take up to 20 days because of the current situation. This time is counted from the moment you receive the email confirming that the order has shipped. This delivery time does not always include the preparation time for certain items. The delivery time announced by the shipping service is not binding on Pokémon Shop if that time is exceeded. The customer service team will nevertheless do everything it can to satisfy the customers of Pokémon Shop.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The items supplied by https://pokemon-shop.fr are new, guaranteed to conform and free of defects. These items are identical to those sold in traditional retail. They come from all of the publishers and suppliers that are listed.
Should an item be defective or non-compliant, you have 14 business days from the date you receive the items to request an exchange or a refund. If the fourteen (14) day period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the option to exchange or obtain a refund is extended to the next business day.
To qualify, you must return the items new or unused in their original packaging, complete, intact, together with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation, which means they must be in their original cellophane wrapping and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
Before sending anything back, it is best to email proof of the defect or defects in the form of photos to contact@pokemon-shop.fr .
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, Pokémon Shop must refund the amount or amounts paid by the customer, at no cost except for return shipping. These return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will almost always be international. We want to point out that this involves a certain return cost. The refund in question is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date the returned package or packages are received.
Return shipping costs then remain your responsibility.
First of all, no cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted, for any reason whatsoever. Next, as stated in the returns and refunds policy, if you have not yet received your refund, please start by checking your bank account again.
Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have gone through all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@pokemon-shop.fr. We will check what the status is in our system. Again, we are sorry to ask for these steps, but we want to give your requests as much attention as possible. And we lose time when a request is not preceded by certain verification steps. That time is exactly what we want to devote to giving the requests we receive our fullest attention.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer only once the buyer has paid the price in full, regardless of the delivery date of said products. The risk of loss and damage to the products, on the other hand, is transferred as soon as the buyer takes delivery and receipt of said products.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Pokémon Shop is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases that make up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data comprising it is legally protected, and agrees in particular not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, display or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site being accessed.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

Pokémon Shop is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the buyer. The liability of Pokémon Shop cannot be invoked in the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).
The products offered comply with the Hong Kong laws in force. Pokémon Shop accepts no liability if the item delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, banning of a title or an author, etc.). Pokémon Shop is not responsible for the content of the sites that hypertext links on its own site may lead to.
ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW
All of the clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all of the purchase and sale transactions covered by them, are governed by the law of Hong Kong.
ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE BY THE BUYER
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices, are expressly agreed and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having full knowledge of them and therefore waives the right to rely on any conflicting document, in particular the buyer's own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
These terms may be modified at any time without notice by Pokémon Shop - General terms and conditions of sale updated on June 15, 2023.
