FAQ - Pokémon Beanies
Are your Pokémon beanies itchy?
No, they are knit from soft acrylic, not raw wool. Acrylic has the advantage of never prickling the forehead, never felting in the wash and drying quickly, three areas where real wool is more temperamental.
Are they warm enough for winter?
Yes. The knit is tight and the folded cuff doubles the thickness over the forehead and ears, right where the cold is felt first. For prolonged deep cold, a fleece-lined beanie is still more effective.
What beanie size should I choose?
They come in one size that fits adults and teens. The acrylic knit is soft and stretchy, with a ribbed cuff that holds it snugly in place: it sits well on most heads. On a child under 8, it will slip down over the eyes.
How do you wash a knit beanie?
By hand, in cold water, without wringing: press gently to squeeze the water out, then dry flat. A machine spin cycle stretches the knit out for good and the beanie never regains its shape.
Is the pom-pom detachable?
On the models that have one, it is sewn on and does not come off. That is deliberate: a pom-pom held on by a snap always ends up getting lost after a few outings.

The wind that bites the second you step out of the subway, ears burning before your first coffee: our Pokémon beanies are built for mornings like these, in a soft, stretchy acrylic knit with a ribbed cuff. Pull it down over your ears, or roll it up onto your forehead when the sun finally shows up.
OUR POKÉMON BEANIES 🧶
Eight Pokémon beanies built on the same base: a soft, stretchy acrylic knit set on a ribbed cuff that doubles the thickness right where the fabric meets your forehead. That cuff is what holds the beanie in place when you duck your head into the wind, and it is also where the embroidery goes.
THE MEDALLION ON ONE POKÉMON BEANIE, GENGAR'S GRIN ON THE OTHER 👻
Five models follow the same principle: an embroidered medallion set at the center of the knit, with the Pokémon logo on the cuff. The Pokémon Beanie - Gengar goes in a completely different direction — here the whole cuff carries the embroidery, toothy grin and red eyes included. Two very different ways of showing off the same Pokémon, and two looks that do not wear the same at all.
ONE KNIT COLOR PER POKÉMON CHARACTER ON OUR BEANIES 🎨
The background is never neutral. Pikachu arrives on a yellow knit, Charmander on an orange, Bulbasaur on a pine green, Jigglypuff on a pale pink and Gengar on a purple. The Pokémon's color becomes the beanie's color, which changes everything when you pair it with a coat: you are choosing a shade as much as a character.
POKÉMON BEANIES THAT STAY ON YOUR HEAD ALL SEASON ❄️
The stretchy knit gives you a single size for adults and teens, with nothing to adjust and no elastic to tighten. From fall to spring, our Pokémon beanies are worn pulled down over the ears on windy days, or rolled up onto the forehead as soon as the cold eases off — two looks far enough apart that the beanie never doubles up with a parka hood. The Pokémon logo on the cuff stays visible either way, and it is usually the first thing people spot from a distance.
28,90 €, THE SAME PRICE FOR ALL EIGHT BEANIES IN POKÉMON COLORS 💶
No trade-off to make between the character and the budget: the Jigglypuff beanie costs exactly what the Gengar one costs. That makes it an easy idea for a teenager whose favorite Pokémon you know without knowing their size — the knit takes care of that. And if that favorite happens to be Gengar, all that is left is choosing between the medallion and the embroidered cuff.
When the temperature drops: our collection of Pokémon beanies keeps your head warm with Gengar, Pikachu or Jigglypuff.
When the warm months return, the baton passes to our Pokémon caps and our Pokémon bucket hats.
