Are your Pokémon jackets waterproof?

These are Terylene windbreakers, a tightly woven fabric that blocks the wind and repels drizzle, but that is not waterproof in the strict sense. In a real, prolonged downpour, it will eventually let water through.

How are the sizes given?

In two systems depending on the model: kids' sizes in centimeters, from 110 to 160 cm, which match height; adult sizes in letters, from XS to 5XL. If you're torn between two, size up: a windbreaker is worn over a sweatshirt, so it needs some room.

Can these jackets be worn year-round?

They are built for mid-season weather. Unlined, they are too light for winter on their own, but they are perfect from spring through fall, and still usable in winter as a second layer over a thick fleece.

How do you wash a printed windbreaker?

Machine wash at 30 °C with the zipper pulled all the way up so the teeth don't snag the fabric, then air-dry on a hanger. Terylene dries quickly and barely wrinkles, so there is no need to iron it.

What designs do you offer on the jackets?

The lineup revolves heavily around Gengar, offered in a two-tone version, in black graffiti and in a white all-over print, along with Ash's blue and white jacket. The prints cover the back, the sleeves and sometimes the hood.

Is the hood removable?

No, on our models the hood is stitched on and lined, with a flat drawcord. That is what lets you push it back without it losing its shape, but it does not detach.

Sixteen models, all between €49.90 and €59.90, with just one thing in common: the full-length zipper. Everything else changes completely. There's the Trainer bomber jacket, there are the Gengar windbreakers, and there are the costume jackets that recreate an entire Pokémon, Squirtle or Snorlax, hood included.

THE PALLET TOWN TRAINER'S POKÉMON BOMBER JACKET 🧢

Everyone recognizes this one: royal blue, white sleeves and collar, a center zipper topped with the big yellow button, two yellow piped pockets. It's cut from a lightweight lined polyester, with a shirt collar and plain cuffs, and offered in five sizes from S to XXL. Understated enough to go out in without the rest of the outfit.

UNDER THE LINING OF THE POKÉMON JACKET, A BREATHABLE TERYLENE 🧵

The Gengar windbreakers are cut from a soft, breathable Terylene, resistant to creasing and fading, with a drawstring hood and elasticated cuffs; on some models, the hem is elasticated too. In everyday use, black holds up better to repeated washing than light base colors, which is worth thinking about before deciding between Graffiti Black and Graffiti White.

EIGHT POKÉMON JACKET SIZES GAUGED BY WEIGHT, NOT BY LETTER 📏

Most models run from S to 5XL, and the chart reads by weight rather than by letter: far more reliable on a unisex cut. The two-tone version comes in two colors, black or white for the solid panel, with Gengar grinning from ear to ear on the other panel and a Poké Ball printed on the sleeve.

LAYER YOUR POKÉMON BOMBER JACKET WITHOUT TURNING IT INTO A COSTUME 👕

A Pokémon jacket goes over a t-shirt, and that's all it takes. The all-over graffiti in white and purple, where Gengar repeats among the tags and paint splatters, stands on its own. The 3D costumes call for a little more confidence: Squirtle puts its segmented yellow belly up front, its brown shell on the back and its face on the hood.
