Why is Bulbasaur number 001?

Because it opens the National Pokédex, ahead of Ivysaur and Venusaur. That gives it a special status among collectors, even though it remains the least chosen of Kanto's three starters.

Is Bulbasaur's bulb a plant?

It's a seed planted on its back at birth that grows along with it by absorbing nutrients. It eventually blooms into a flower at the Venusaur stage.

Which color dominates this collection?

The seafoam green of the body paired with the darker green of the bulb. It's the most soothing palette of the three starters, and it works well as bedroom decor.

Do kids like Bulbasaur?

Very much so, especially as a plush: its low, round shape makes it a cuddly toy that's easier to grab than a slender Pokémon. It's also one of the easiest to recognize.

THE NUMBER 001 BULBASAUR IN ENAMELED METAL 📌

It's the material you'll find most in the small formats. The pins are cold-enameled metal, flat-backed with a butterfly clutch, 3 to 4 cm depending on the design, with Bulbasaur set in a medallion, sitting, standing or in a kawaii version. The keychain comes as an enameled metal charm with its matching Poké Ball, or in translucent acrylic cut to shape, with the print set into the material and a metal carabiner.

Two pairs of earrings at €39.90, two different systems. One is a pair of studs with a straight post and push back, the motif about 1 cm across in colored enamel poured into a silver outline, discreet enough not to catch in your hair. The other is a pair of dangle earrings in enameled metal, which move as you walk and stand out more.

BULBASAUR HITS THE ROAD 🚗

Three car stickers in reflective vinyl cut to shape, 14 cm, with an adhesive that stands up to car washes and UV, go on bodywork, a window, a helmet or a laptop. Alongside them, the windshield sunshade and the iPhone cases, where twenty-seven models are covered, from the iPhone 11 to the 17 Air, with a flexible edge that absorbs impacts.

The posters are sold individually, at €16.90, but they're meant to go together.
